There are tall chairs on your private balcony for your birds eye view of the Lydia Ann ship channel, the Horace Caldwell pier and of course the Gulf of Mexico. You will enjoy spectacular sunrises, watching ships and boats as they glide through the channel, and all of the action at the pier which is the hot spot for surfers and kite boarders and is lighted at night for the avid fisherman.
The complex itself has a large pool that is heated in the cooler months and a large whirlpool hot tub. There is a shaded lanai, and a spacious sundeck.
