This beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo features stunning sunrise views from the 6th floor beach balcony. The 5 tall Adirondack chairs and 2 rockers welcome guests to linger with their morning coffee or afternoon drinks while watching “Big Boats” and sail boats in the channel. Oftentimes, you can see the dolphins escorting boats down the channel. From the balcony, you can see the pier, watch the surfers and enjoy the wind and kite surfers gliding swiftly across the water. During your beach walk, you can find lots of shells and sand dollars.
The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and two very comfortable recliners with additional chairs arranged to see the sunrise. The beach bedroom offers a large King size bed with drawers for extra storage, a dresser and an en-suite with a walk-in shower with grab bar. The pool side bedroom offers a queen size bed, a large dresser and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination and pocket doors for privacy. Both bedrooms have beautiful ceiling fans. The large open space kitchen has a double level bar and two bar stools for extra seating while prepping meals and sharing stories. Provided for you is a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew so feel free to bring your favorite KCup packs. Games, puzzles and books are in the cabinet by the entry window for you to share and enjoy.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, with stunning views, tasteful décor, and excellent amenities. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including high-quality essentials that made us feel right at home.
The property was well maintained, and every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. It was clear that great attention was given to every detail to ensure guests had a comfortable experience.

Favorite memory: Enjoying the beach with my great grandkids 3-14 years old and my wonderful daughter-in-law and sitting on the porch watching the waves, the cars and the ships! Hope to make this a yearly thing to this beautiful unit, wonderful view and so close to the ocean! Loved, loved it!
Third year in this condo!

This is our third year coming to The Dunes and our first time in your condo. I love cooking so your kitchen is perfect. So far this is our favorite unit. The Dunes are the perfect condos to be able to experience the beach, watch the boats go through the jetties and great shopping close by. We love it here! Mom & I will book this condo as often as we can. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise!

The Dunes have really been redone very nicely! I love their rooms and they are so close to the beach. They have the shortest boardwalk to the beach of any of the condos. The pool and hot tub were perfect and check in/out was easy. Thank you for helping to make our family vacation a great one!

Top notch service and perfect accommodations. Plenty of room for our family’s comfort-we were able to prepare “sit down” family style meals in the well stocked kitchen. The balcony view of the jetty was amazing as we watched the tanker ships come and go throughout the day. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with all of our questions! The pool and rinse off station from the beach were convenient and refreshing. We couldn’t have found a better location for our vacation stay. Thank you so very much !

The unit is set up very cute and love the view of the ocean. The staff was always super friendly. Some construction going on above our unit, this stunk because it was so loud we could not stay in the unit but the staff was very accommodating. Overall we did enjoy our stay and our family time together!

We stayed a long weekend for my four year old niece’s birthday! It was so cute and cozy! Right in the beach with easy walking access. We enjoyed the pool that was provided as well! Very close to town with all the best places to eat and shop at! Will definitely book again!

Have stayed at the dunes many times and have loved every condo we stayed in. Unit 608 was by far my favorite:) Such a great beach feel, and it was spotless. Hope to be able to stay there again soon.

We had a quick holiday weekend getaway at The Dunes 608 and it was amazing! The condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme everywhere you look! Comfy beds, and while there were only 3 of us, this place can sleep 6 with the pull out sofa bed. Loved waking up to the view of the water and pier! The balcony had plenty of seating and even a few rockers. Easy access to the pool, which also had plenty of seating and a large covered area, and they provided pool towels which was nice. The beach was a short 2 minute walk which was super convenient. No need to pay for a beach permit as the parking lot for the condo complex is right there! There is also a wash off station on property so you can skip the public showers on the beach. The complex provided washer/dryers downstairs for free, but we were only there for a few days so didn’t need that amenity. This place is just a few minutes drive into town to restaurants. All in all, a fantastic stay and we are already looking forward to returning!
