My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Dunes the second week in May 2025. We stay in unit 908 when we visit, and it is always bright, clean and inviting. The staff are all busy making sure all of the guests and residents are happy with their visit; from check in to check out everyone smiles and genuinely appear to be enjoying their jobs. Looking forward to another visit later this year.....for now back to work with visions of sun, sand and happy memories :).

We stayed in 2 different condos as we decided to extend our stay. 902 was a little fancier but both were very comfortable. The view of the beach, pier & channel were EXCELLENT!! This will become our go to condo on return visits!

Our family's stay at The Dunes was wonderful. Unit 908 has a spectacular view of the beach, which we enjoyed from the chairs on the private balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We spent evenings relaxing in the outdoor hot tub and large heated pool. Each morning we walked down to the beach to collect seashells as we watched the sunrise over the Gulf. Everyone was so friendly and hospitable here. We can't wait to return to Texas and The Dunes!

It was our first time staying at the Dune Condos and it was a great experience. The 9th floor view was perfect for seeing the sunrise from the balcony and sunset from the front door. The inside of the place was clean and spacious and had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The short walk to the beach was the highlight and also the reason we booked our stay here. Front desk staff was also kind.

Have been a "Winter Texan" at The Dunes since 2009. Each year it is a reunion of friends - some years old and some new. Love the nice dinners, Super Bowl party, hot dog day, ice cream social, cocktails on the deck. The Dunes employees are like family - professional yet so helpful, friendly and caring.

My family has been using your condo for the last 45 years. i'm glad that y'all have recovered from the hurricane a few years back. As always I had an excellent stay in the condo with a wonderful beach side view from the top floor. The only thing I noticed was that the sliding door to the master bedroom when fully extended had a spot that wasn't fully painted, not a gripe but an observation. Thank you for having us, we will return again!

I am so sorry that we do not provide spices. The Dunes Condos have never provided any spices or food. The only thing provided is the coffee in its individual package. I will let the General Manager of your concerns.

We loved the chairs and lighting and I’m sure most people can understand streaming now but I don’t and rely on cable. I finally figured out the TVs but I do wish there were individual directions for each tv and the fans have remotes that need labeling. Chairs on balcony were fine ! Lots of fog this trip

Great condo and location! It has fantastic views and was spotlessly clean. It was stocked / equipped with a few basics. We left some spices and items for the next renters and will hopefully build up over time. The onsite staff were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the quiet of the December off-season.

We could not have asked for anything or perfect for our family of four adults and two small children. The house had everything you needed including games for adults children and lots of books for both. Kitchen had everything we needed including a blender for our tropical drinks. The balcony face pier in the early morning sunrises as well as seating for six. The pool was such a delight after walking straight to the beach each day. Thank you for a wonderful day.
Great apartment

The apartment was updated and nice. It lacked a cookie sheet and tongs. We purchased them and left them there. BTW there is nothing in the drop down menu to rate the apartments. We had six units this year and plan on returning next year.
Beaching it the best way

Wonderful condo right on the beach. The balcony looks out to the ocean and pier. There is a very nice pool with a covered sitting area. All the amenities of home with a full kitchen. There is a well stocked grocery store down the road. If you don’t feel like cooking, everything from BBQ to seafood to familiar fast food is available within minutes. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with any need that may arise. We’d definitely stay again, and again, and again!

We had a wonderful six day stay at The Dunes. Unit 908 was VERY well appointed and equipped. We especially enjoyed the view, watching the ships and all of the beach activity. We give it an "A+".
